Did you know that 1 in 5 customers arrive with a small car EVERY WEEK, only to find that our backdrops don’t fit in? This often results in missed events and last-minute stress

Pick up requirements

(Please take a moment to read through this page before placing any pickup orders):

  • Ensure that you drive a suitable, fully covered vehicle—Avoid using utes or open trailers.  If you must use a ute or open trailer and have no alternative options, please contact us first to seek permission.

  • Double-check the measurement of the car's backspace, as an increasing number of customers arrive every week with small vehicles, and our backdrops cannot fit in, causing unnecessary frustration for everyone. (Please note: Most of our large backdrops can not fit into a standard SUV or Sedan )

  • Confirm that there are no other passengers or baby seats at the back of your car, as backdrops are unlikely to fit in.

  • Be punctual, this is very very important; as pickups and returns can only be scheduled during our warehouse opening hours (or by appointment outside our standard hours). Arriving early or late may result in the warehouse being unattended, requiring you to return later or even the next day,

-Arriving late for pickup may lead to a late fee being charge, or worse -missing your event.NO refunds will be issued if you miss your event due to a delayed pickup,

- Arriving late for return may lead to a deduction from the bond to cover our expenses

  • Bring your own blankets or bubble wraps to protect our equipment during transportation.

  • If you are picking up other equipment from other suppliers, Please ensure that their equipment is NOT placed on top of our backdrops as this can cause damage during transport.( except Balloons and flowers)

  • A Security Bond is required on pickup, the bond amount is stated in your invoice

Here's an example how to measure your car:

📐 Ensure all back seats are folded down.

📐Remove all items from the car, including baby seats.

📐Measure the width (between the wheel wells)

📐Measure the length of the backspace to confirm the board will fit without extending into the driver's seat area, which may pose a safety risk while driving.

What if the prop cannot fit in?
Well. Don't risk it.
Forcing it in may damage the prop, scratch your car, or worse, lead to a car accident or getting a fine for unsafe driving.
Remember you are not picking up a box of grocery from the shop. it's a king single mattress size item
Just hire a van
