How to work out your delivery and pack down* cost
* 'Pack down' means we come back to the venue after the event to collect our items
* 'Set up' means putting together the backdrops, adding flowers to them, and applying decals if needed.

Cost explanation: Our standard Delivery and Packdown service carries a base rate of $80 for two trips including free setup plus $4.50 per kilometre for the first 10 km and $5.00 per kilometre thereafter, Delivery‑only or Packdown‑only services carry a base rate of $60 plus $2.00 per kilometre, ground‑floor deliveries with no stairs incur no extra charge, upstairs deliveries without a lift are charged at $50 per floor, deliveries with lift access incur a flat $20 fee to cover extra time, late‑night collections after 11:30 pm and early‑morning deliveries before 8 am each incur a $50 surcharge, and orders consisting exclusively of flowers or plinths (no backdrops) receive a 10% discount on the delivery portion of the fee.
