Step 4:

Send us an email or message to inquire about prop availability ,please include as many details as possible, given our extended response time.

The following details are essential for us to provide a prompt response:

-Event Date

-Specific items you want to hire

(For example: Write '100X200cm White Ripple arch' in your message instead of 'White Arch')

-Advise us whether you can pick up yourself in Springvale or you need delivery and pack down

-If delivery and pack down are required, please advise a time or a time range.

Step 5:

Once we confirm prop availability, we'll ask you to review our Terms and Conditions and submit our booking agreement.

Step 6:

After submitting the booking form, we'll issue an invoice. Ensure payment (deposit/full) within 24 hours to avoid forfeiting the reservation to others.

(Remember: Your Booking is NOT Confirmed until we receive your payment)

Step 7:

Once payment is made, please inform us to secure the items for your booking.
