By making this information readily available online, we aim to save your time and provide a smoother experience.
2 . Availability and Convenience: Our team is often engaged in fieldwork, limiting our ability to provide real-time information over the phone. Sometimes we receive up to 20 inquiries in one day. People often call us while we are on the road or while we are setting up functions, and if details aren't written down, it becomes challenging to recall important information. This is especially true since many clients need to consult their partners, spouses, landlords, or others before finalizing their decisions .

" I need to talk to my wife first and I will get back to you."
Then the next time we hear back from them is days or weeks later (or never), unable to recall our conversation.
